Seeking an enthusiastic paralegal to join a highly regarded dispute resolution department, dealing with an array of administration duties, the successful applicant will utilise their expertise within this area to handle a complex caseload.


  • Supporting fee earners specialising in dispute resolution
  • Attending clients meetings
  • Taking instructions
  • Preparing cases
  • Responding to correspondence
  • Use of case management systems
  • Drafting statements and legal documents
  • File management
  • Awareness of SRA and LAA compliance issues
  • All post and document distribution
  • Telephony
  • Undertaking general office administration

The Candidate

  • Paralegals with experience working within civil and commercial litigation is preferred
  • Excellent academic background
  • Self-motivated with strong team player skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience of case management systems
