Salary: £37,765 - £45,318

Reporting to the Development Programme Manager, the Development Project Manager's key responsibilities, as an essential member of the team, is to project manage the delivery of projects to agreed time, cost and quality parameters.

About You:

In order for your application to be successful, you'll need to have previous experience within a property development role. You'll have excellent customer service skills, alongside verbal and written communication skills. You're IT literate with day to day software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Although not essential, it would be desirable to have a degree level qualification, as well as holding and relevant professional memberships.

You have project management experience and a track record of delivery on time, on budget and to high quality standards. You have knowledge of the property development process, the built environment and principles of good design. You possess the ability to produce development appraisals, as well as knowledge of building contract procurement and contract management.

You're experienced in working within a prescribed framework but also have the ability to think creatively to resolve problems. You're able to liaise with other departments to ensure delivery of wider corporate goals, alongside this, you're able to produce accurate and concise reports; including cashflow reports. You have experience of using SDS Proval and Sequel (or other similar appraisal and cashflow management systems).

You're self sufficient in terms of admin, with an understanding of hosing market dynamics. You have experience of generating new business opportunities, and are able to represent Great Places at a variety of levels. You are familiar with Homes of England requirements, and hold any other relevant experience in regeneration and/or community development.
