Our client; is an expanding facilities /service provider. The company is currently going through significant growth, hence the need for this new role. This is a 6 months contract to perm
The role; is based on site in Hammersmith, supporting all aspects of a customer contract / FM services.
Main Duties Include:
* Provide first class customer service
* Coordination of all FM services
* Use of CAFM system concept. Run and monitor reports daily to ensure target SLA performance.
* General administrative support, communication and hosting as required
* Prepare letters, documents and reports
* Be fully aware of all company policies relating to security, post & mail, H&S and other site-specific building rule
* Arranging callouts with subcontractors and raising PO’s as necessary
* Arranging compliance visits and filing documentation accordingly
* Taking meeting minutes, logging and issues to relevant persons
* Maintain consumable spend trackers and reactive works log
Previous Experience
* Previous use of CAFM systems – ideally concept
* Face to face customer service experience
* Experience in a corporate environment where presentation is important
