As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be part of a broader HR team that includes other Senior HR Business Partners and HR Advice and Guidance Helpdesk Officers and of course with the Central Division’s Operational Leadership Team.
Salary: £39,896 pa plus car allowance
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours
Location: This role is home based and is required to support the Central Division. To spend time in services when needed the ideal candidate will live within travelling distance to either our services in Herts and Essex, London, Bedfordshire, Shropshire, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire, Staffordshire or Worcestershire.

You will be CIPD accredited and technically proficient in terms of understanding the implications of current and future employment law. In your HR roles to date you will have gained an in-depth pragmatic understanding of the HR business partnering model.
You will have experience of successfully supporting operations as a strategic business partner but are equally comfortable at rolling your sleeves up and supporting HR transactional activity and ER caseload if this is required. To date you will have gained vast experience of managing HR change from inception to delivery
Whilst not essential, experience of working in the social care sector would be an advantage, however candidates who have experience of partnering across other sectors are still encouraged to apply.
