Depot Administrator

Location: Sutton Coldfield

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

A well-established construction company is looking for a Depot Administrator to join their team. This client is going through a huge period of growth and it's an exciting time to join this market leader.

• Review and enter/check Engineer timesheets in conjunction with depot manager and post to computer system
• Invoicing of service jobs
• Submission of warranty and policy claims to Manufacturers
• Telephone Answering; Internal and external calls, message taking
• Systems; Use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Parts Returns to assist in completing quarterly parts return to Manufacturer
• Purchase invoice verification and checking
• Employee holiday and sickness submission to HR
• General Administration
• Stationery stocks and stock check
• Depot post
• Filing
• Contribute to overall success through teamwork and good communication within the company
• Provide excellent customer service
