Role: Customer Service Advisor- IMMEDIATE START

Location: Barnsley, S73

Pay: £ p/h

Contract: Contract - 12 weeks with the possibility for extension

Start date: Monday 2nd August 2021

Main Duties:

Responsible for answering high volumes of inbound calls from customers
Managing customer complaints from start to finish
Taking ownership of tracking customer orders
Supporting drivers regarding collection and deliveries
Updating customer accounts
General administration as and when required

The Person:

Must have proven customer service & call centre experience
Be IT literate including all Microsoft Packages
Ability to work using own initiative
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Has the ability to hit the ground running

Hours of work:

Must be flexible to cover 34 hours - Monday to Friday between 7am and 8pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm
