THE ROLE:

Are you looking for your next opportunity within an administrative role? We are looking for admin superstars across a range of exciting opportunities. If you have previous admin experience with a passion for supporting a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment then we want to hear from you!

Making travel and accommodation bookings
Scheduling internal meetings
Providing support at external meetings as required
Providing general administrative duties including maintaining meeting rooms, purchasing office supplies and dispatching outgoing mail
Maintaining online database and manual filing systems
Assisting with general telephone enquiries
Resolving problems and dealing with any complaints and issues that arise
Processing all incoming invoices ensuring all coding is accurate
Assisting with ad-hoc admin requests ESSENTIALS:

Must have 2-3 year's minimum experience as a Team Assistant, Administrator or Coordinator
