Teaching Personnel are recruiting Teaching Assistants for a temporary to permanent position at a school in Hounslow, West London.
The outstanding three form entry school are looking to recruit someone to help guide a number of students with complex special educational needs.
The role is to support a student on a 1:1 basis with their studies as well as their social interactions. The school provide a wraparound approach so outside the classroom activities to build the child’s confidence include forest schools, outdoor activities, and horse riding.
8:30am – 3:30pm
Temporary to Permanent position
Supporting tudents from reception to year 6
Teaching Personnel offer competitive rates, WEEKLY PAY and do not use Umbrella companies to process your payment.
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience working with SEN such as Support Worker/ SEN Teaching Assistant/ Residential
A nurturing and patient approach to learning and understanding
Availability 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
Have a full UK driving licence with access to own transport (not essential as there are good bus routes to the school)
The aptitude to build positive relationships with students
A valid DBS on the update service or be willing apply for a new one and register with the update service
