About the Role…
Due to continuinggrowth and development of Merlin’s Midway attractions and brands (includingMadame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, The Dungeons, LEGOLAND Discovery Centres and The EyeBrand) on a global scale, we are looking for a naturally inquisitive and strategic Head of Revenue and Business Development to join our Global Team based at our County Hall office in London.
In this role you will support the Senior Leadership Team in definingand executing the revenue growth strategy for Merlin’s Midway Estate. You will partnerwith the Brand, Divisional and New Openings teams to ensure the strategy isconsistently executed across Midway.
You will deliver revenue growth byevolving Midway’s rebased yield model, moving Midway to an approach that growsrevenues whilst balancing volume, yield, capacity management and ensuring as volumesgrow, Midway can deliver world class guest KPI’s.
You will ‘hold the pen’ on medium tolong term growth working with Brand and Insight teams to identify theappropriate growth CAPEX strategy for our existing estate, new openings anddefining the scale of future markets.
- Highly strategic and able to effectively balance analysis and execution, you will be able to review complex problems and deliver clear practical actions.
- You will be quick to learn and enjoy working in a small, fast paced team.
- You will have gained significant management/ consulting experience.
- You will be able to demonstrate strong quantitative, data analytical skills and methodical critical reasoning skills.
- Prior pricing and revenue management experience is highly recommended.
- Experience in Travel & Leisure, TMT also recommended.
