Permanent (Full time)

This is an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a leading manufacturer within their industry. They focus on making sure their employees thrive and succeed within their position.

This is a FullTime, Permanent position with the working hours 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Administrator Duties:

  • All general Reception duties
  • Meet and greet a variety of customers, visitors, employees and assisting where needed
  • Inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing an excellent customer service support
  • Deal with all customer and client enquiries
  • Prepare meeting rooms and manage internal room bookings as well as dealing with catering supplies when required
  • Handling of all documentation, scanning/filling and shredding where needed
  • Ad Hoc duties for other departments ordering, accounts input
  • All general administration duties

Administrator Attributes:

  • Ability to communicate well and operate effectively whilst under pressure to resolve problems
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Computer literate especially with Outlook and Excel.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to adjust to meet changing customer demands.
  • Experience within a fastpaced Manufacturing / Engineering background is desirable
