Call Centre Agent / Customer Service / Sales (Collections)
£17600 - £20000 per annum
Telephone Agent - £17,600-20,000 + OTE
Monday to Friday hours 8 until 4:30pm & 11:30 till 8pm shifts (varied), 1 Saturday morning every calendar month 9 til 1pm. Overtime paid time and a half for additional work on Saturdays. Up to 33 days Holiday per annum
Role and Responsibilities
Handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls made by an automated dialler and via a manual process. Providing a professional service which meets our “quality assurance” gateway standard whilst achieving the key performance indicator targets which have been set. Complying with Regulatory Rules and Guidance that are covered during training, in particular those set by the Financial Conduct Authority, The Information Commissioner’s Office, Ofcom and the Credit Services Association. Understanding, where appropriate, the legal process of debt recovery and the ability to explain the process with accuracy and clarity to customers. Carrying out other duties as instructed to ensure the smooth running of the company. Preferred Skills
