Due to operational growth following a departmental restructure the Jaguar sales department atTaunton Jaguar Land Rover, Somersetare now looking to recruit a Sales Manager.

What will I be responsible for?

You will be fully responsible for the achievement of the Jaguar sales department budgets at the Taunton business, relevant cost controls, exceeding F&I penetration targets, vehicle stock management including the overall sales process. You will work closely with brand representatives to ensure Manufacturer targets are met. As such, you will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to motivate your team to generate the required sales and profits while maintaining the bond of trust with customers.
