A fantastic new role as an HR & Payroll Assistant in South Norfolk has arisen on a 6 month temporary basis with a well-regarded business. They have a great team there, offering a welcoming and enjoyable working environment.
This role as an HR & Payroll Assistant will support the Manager and team in all aspects HR & Payroll administration, perfect for an individual looking for a varied and interesting role.
There is free parking on site and easily accessible from Norwich.
Check payroll transactions, including pre and post payroll checks, and complete the monthly post payroll tasks.
Liaise with external payroll provider to ensure the efficient operation and administration of the monthly payrolls and annual pay awards.
Ensure appropriate records and audit trails are in place to evidence approval for payroll transactions
Provide advice and guidance on HR and payroll related matters and resolve all queries
New starter administration
Assisting with management information and reports Sickness and absence records Maintenance of the HR & Payroll records, ensuring all is updated
