The Role: As the new Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting new business with the support of a telesales team and through selfgeneration in the South East. You will be selling car park management solutions, which is everything from pay and display machines to security enforcement and drop off zones, targeting any business that has a car park within your patch. Attending 6 meetings per week, you will be targeted on 5 new clients per month. To be successful in this role you must be new business focused with a structured sales approach!
The Company: Our client is a UK market leading car park management company, who have been operating for 15 years. They have evolved from less that 10 employees to over 300 with over 3,500 facilities nationwide and are part of a FTSE 100 company. They have experienced 30% annual growth and are looking to support this by expanding their sales team with a new search for a Business Development Manager. Offering full training and ongoing development, they are currently developing senior level roles within the business.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Strong field sales experience in a B2B space
A good understanding of the entire sales process
Motivated, ambitious with a drive for sales
Full UK driving licence
