Purpose of the Role:
You will add value by supporting Members wherever you can in their aims and business efforts. You will act as an Ambassador for the brand, its products and services by answering members calls and emails, processing orders and handling queries business operations. You will also liaise with other departments to ensure that accurate information is communicated to members and generally ensure their expectations are always exceeded. You will manage associated admin, update systems and escalate service problems as needed too.
You will have Sales or Contact Centre experience and be used to using your computer literacy and strong verbal and written communication skills to deal with customers on the phone and by email. What makes you perfect for this role is your drive to exceed customer expectations, exceptional English language skills as well as the ability to make a positive difference in a team environment. You will also have an eye for detail and be effective at following processes and spotting opportunities to enhance the service we provide to members.
