Resolve Recruitment are working with a growing technology recruitment consultancy in Central Bristol. Due to continued expansion within their market, our client now seeks a number of Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join their successful team and be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to contract and permanent positions for their prestigious client companies.

The role;

• To be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to contract/permanent positions for client companies
• Working with clients building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements
• Attract candidates through a range of techniques, such as producing job adverts for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals
• Screen candidates, interview, and match candidates to clients
• Attend adhoc face to face client meetings

The person;

• Ambitious and hungry for good career progression
• Success driven individual who works hard in order to achieve results
• Previous experience in sales is beneficial however not essential
• Resilient and energetic disposition
• Team player who is also able to work on their own initiative
• Self motivated
• Confident persona
