We are currently recruiting for an experienced and committed Theatre Manager to join as Clinical Services Manager overseeing the Theatre department

We want our patients to continue to have a safe, effective and caring experience therefore the successful candidate will put patient care at the heart of everything they do. As a Clinical Services Manager - Theatre with BMI Healthcare you will plan clinical services for the Operating Department and lead your team to deliver the highest levels of safe peri-operative patient care throughout every stage of their surgery.

With a strong background working in an acute hospital setting you will already be a Senior Registered Practitioner/ ODP with previous experience in a relevant Theatre or Deputy Theatre Manager role. You will have experience managing and developing both clinical and non-clinical theatre team members and be able to motivate your staff to achieve CQC standards. You will also be able to demonstrate continual clinical and professional development throughout your theatre career.

  • You must have previous experience in a managerial role in either private healthcare on the NHS.

This is a full time post and there is a flexible shift pattern in place.
