Client Details

Our client is making waves within the technology industry across the globe. This role is based at the EMEA HQ in Slough, where you will be servicing around 190 employees based across various locations.


The Recruitment & HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

Providing administrative HR support to employees and line managers across EMEA, including processing maternity/ paternity/ sickness and holiday requests
Resourcing for all new vacancies within the EMEA business
Arranging interviews with line managers and ensuring that candidate engagement remains high during the hiring process
Onboarding of new starters, including performing necessary background checks
Management of the HR System (HR e-form)
Coordinate training course administration Profile

The ideal Recruitment & HR Coordinator will have the following skills/ qualities:

A background in recruitment (Inhouse or agency)
Experience in a generalist HR role
CIPD Level 5 desirable
A dynamic approach
Great attention to detail
Ability to self-manage daily tasks & workloadJob Offer
