£28k- £30k per annumResponsibilities:
Assist in the effective change management process for both internal and client driven changes.
Support the Project Transformation Team in carrying out quality assurance checks to prevent the escape of defective products.
Compiling regular reports and KPIs for production change activity.
Support Transformation Team bringing new client products into production in the most efficient ways
Carrying out and recording quality assurance activities on test and live printed output.
- Red Alert change process
- First Occurrence Validation
- MICR qualifier checks
- Raising and escalating when output does not meet standards or change requirements.
Liaising and supplying samples to 3 rd party cheque quality assurance suppliers (. IPSL).
Liaising with Client Services and Data Prep to prepare samples for clients.
Liaising with operational and planning teams on test and go live planning activity.
Produce regular daily, weekly Monthly metrics for Transformation Team
Support the preparation of printed & enclosed output with approved documentation for client inspection
General administrative support to the Transformation team
Previous production and quality control roles essential.
User of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience of manufacturing background/environment essential.
