Are you an dedicated and driven Financial Administrator from the financial planning and advice industry OR a recent graduate who is keen to move into the industry? Would you like the opportunity to work within a growing, dynamic team and be office based and benefit from full training, inductions and the opportunity to interact with senior members of staff. My client, a Chartered Independent Financial Advice firm based near Farnham are looking for 2 new members of staff to join their Client Services team supporting a pool of Financial Advisers.

Some of the main duties will include:

  • End to end administrative process within an IFA across full market products
  • Liaising with clients on behalf of the select advisers
  • Preparing new and existing client files
  • Delivering a comprehensive financial planning administration service to the advisers.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Producing high quality and professional reports

The successful candidates must have the ability to interact with staff in a fast paced environment while providing a high level of professionalism. Expert written and communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
