We currently have an opportunity available within our PFI operation based down in our Portsmouth office. The PFI contract with Portsmouth council covers anything from litter picking to road resurfacing and we have a lot of staff on the ground carrying out daily duties. As a result, we require additional administration support in our quality department, reporting into the Asset Manager, conducting internal ISO55001 audits and coordinating external audits in line with regulations.

About the Role

We’re looking for a candidate with a strong background in administration, internal audits preferably and desirably exposure to ISO55001, although this is not essential. Daily duties include:

* Carryout AMS ISO55001 Internal Audit

* Coordinate AMS ISO55001 External Audit

* AMS Documentations review and update

* Coordinate all Contractual Method Statements and Plans

* Coordinate all Quality Issues

* Manage the Document Register

* Coordinate all Process updates

* Coordinate all Process Workbook updates (all departments)

* Update Asset Process Workbook

* Assist in Traffic Signal reactive defect management

* Maintenance of the asset registers and related specification reports

* KPI task - Quality Report

* Review and Update all Asset Strategy report and all process mapping

* To carry out other appropriate duties as assigned by your line manager

* To ensure that all operations carried out within your area of responsibility are undertaken with full regard for safety of visitors, other members of staff and yourself.

About you

You’ll have a strong background in administration, so attention to detail is key. You’ll also be committed to caring for people’s safety. You will also:

* Ideally exposure to internal audits either quality/health & safety administration

* Great IT skills – MS package specifically

* Great attention to detail

* Great communication skills

* Local to Portsmouth with a driving licence
