Summary of the Role:
You will be expected to develop, supervise and monitor the performance of Supervisory staff and Domestic Services staff to ensure that premises managed by QE Facilities Ltd are presented in such a manner as to promote an image of high standards of cleanliness, order, and patient/ client well-being..

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, monitor and develop a team of people
Including coaching and training of Supervisory Staff and Domestic Services staff. Maintaining training records
Monitor performance levels
Ensure staff work in a safe manner observing all Infection Prevention Control measures, Health and Safety, COSHH, moving and handling training etc. at all times.
Arrange and manage appraisal process and support development needs identified
Compile/Check weekly rotas ensuring all shifts are covered
Manage allocation of annual leave and ensure staffing levels are maintained
Participate in the recruitment process
Ensure daily, weekly, and regular cleaning and infection control practices as defined by QE Facilities Ltd Policy, Procedures and Service Level Agreements within the designated area(s)
To be responsible for ensuring quality monitoring and audits of cleaning standards are carried out by the Domestic
Supervisors according to agreed programme, ensuring all related actions are completed.
Oversee work completed by external window cleaning contractor whilst on site quality check work and ensure any remedial action required is completed.
Undertake fault call logging for maintenance services provided by QE Facilities and its contractors
Offer support at “hands on level” when required
Ordering and maintaining stock using stock management system. Order non stock items to meet service needs

4 on 4 off rota
