We’re looking for an experienced administrator with a passion for efficiency and attention to detail to join our South Gloucestershire supported living service. SeeAbility encourages people with disabilities to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society. The people we support overcome huge barriers to achieve exciting new things every day: some big, some small, all extraordinary. They challenge us all to rethink disability. Here, we support 8 people to live independently. The job role offers flexibility and opportunity to work overtime (additional 6 hours) at our site in Bristol, Henbury. Our ideal candidate would have experience working within the care sector. A full time contract would be available for those wishing to work with the people we support as a support worker, alongside this position. As the service administrator you’ll contribute towards making each and every day extraordinary for the people we support by completing a range of administration duties in an accurate and timely manner that enables the effective and efficient running off the wider service. This will include providing a reception service to visitors of the service, handling and responding to all general enquiries, office management, filing, procurement of supplies, raising and reconciling purchase orders, co-ordinating training bookings an updating training records and keeping annual leave and sickness records. \r\n

To be successful in this role you'll have proven experience of delivering a stand alone administration service and be IT literate with ability to use Windows, using MS Word as main package with MS Excel. You’ll be able to work effectively as part of a busy team and will possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.

So apart from transforming lives what’s in it for you?

You’ll benefit from working with a team of passionate and skilled specialists, an outstanding induction and training programme with on-going development and the option to gain formal qualifications as well as the opportunity to progress your career in a sector that genuinely offers careers for life. In addition we also offer a range of benefits including flexible working options, long service and recognition awards, including increasing annual leave and bonus incentives and company pension and life assurance schemes.
