The role of Administrator provides an exemplary level of service and support to business associates, clients and colleagues. They will be responsible for ensuring a professional service is provided to all associates by ensuring their experience is positive and of a high standard at all times. The successful individual must have a key focus on customer service and high attention to detail.

Our client is the UK's leading private Health Care provider, experiencing exceptional growth, resulting in the need for an entry level administrator to join their busy and vibrant team based in Bristol.


Duties and responsibilities of the Administrator role include, but are not limited to:

  • General office support to all TCS staff when requested

  • Preparation of documents . photocopying, printing and binding, filing, scanning and off-site archiving

  • Postal duties

  • Answering the phones

  • Arranging client visits and candidate supervisions for TCS team

  • Providing non-clinical references for associates

  • Team event management; Drinks, Christmas events, Theme events throughout the course of the year

  • Ordering of supplies (stationary, med charts, BD merchandise, gloves, hand gel, aprons, client folders, business cards)

  • Setting up client folders for new packages

  • Collection and delivery of client paperwork

  • References (work/ compliance and accommodation) for PNH staff

  • Maintenance of current client vacancies on internal systems

  • Posting mails outs


The ideal candidate for the role of Administrator will possess:

  • Good level of basic education

  • Numerate and literate

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Good IT skills

  • Proven track record of solving queries in effective time scale

  • Previous experience working in areas of compliance

  • Experience providing strong customer service

  • Self motivated and driven, ability to work without supervision

  • Professional and dynamic

  • Enthusiastic and committed to the business objectives of the Company

  • Ability to work in an open plan environment

  • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills
