Fleet and Compliance Administrator

Based in Wakefield

Monday - Friday

Basic Salary - £25,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Fleet & Compliance Administrator to join the Transport Department within a busy logistics company based in Wakefield.

You will support the Compliance Manager in the day-to-day administration of all Legal and Compliance matters.

Duties

  • To maintain accurate records of all maintenance, inspections, defects, and repairs carried out to the fleet and maintain all relevant legal documentation
  • Ensure that all vehicle repairs are tracked for costing and analysis.
  • Completing daily reports and communicating
  • Administrative tasks regarding Insurance / Accidents / Complaints

About You

  • Previous experience within a similar Fleet and compliance role
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced HGV Transport Operation would be advantageous
  • Organisation and time management skills
