BASIC: 1822K dependant on Experience

Due to further growth this year we are now looking to add to our team of Administrators based from our Head Office in Warrington.

Integra People are a recruitment company that delivers recruitment services over many different markets including Construction, IT/Telecoms, Industrial/Driving, Health and Education.

Our Administrators play a key role within the business supporting our clients, candidates and our consultants. The role will be to ensuring accuracy for administration which includes candidate packs and relevant information to help the business ensure 100% compliance both internally and client SLAs. Processing timesheets for contractors and imputing hours into our system ready for weekly payment to our contractors.

We are looking for Administrators with a keen eye for detail and who want to progress into an Admin Team Leads in the future. As our business grows so will the administration team. We need ideally administrators that has experience of working within recruitment but for administrators with strong admin experience in payroll, order processing or compliance we would be open to speaking with you.

Experience, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • 3yrs+ Administration experience ideally within the recruitment sector
  • Working to set compliance standards and driving improvements to the existing administration function for Candidates, Clients and Consultants
  • Processing timesheets and imputing the hours into our CRM system ready for payroll to process and run weekly and month payments.
  • Taking incoming phone calls and distributing to the relevant divisions or consultant.
