Our charity is recruiting for Advanced Support Workers for both day and night time shift patterns at our Read Oak Service, in Wareham, near Bournemouth. This service has recently been built and we are looking to bring together a new team to support individuals who will be moving into the service to live their best life possible.
We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are caring, creative and committed to changing lives for the better.
You will know how to connect with people and be motivated by helping people to live with independence and happiness. You will also have some key technical skills, including being able to use basic IT systems.
Your experience means that you are comfortable in working with people who might have more complex support needs. You will be ready to take on this next step of your career, stepping up to enjoy more responsibility and a better salary.
We will develop your talent with a range of specialist training. With the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods and to build new skills, such as British sign language, this will be an exciting opportunity for progress.
