The Southampton office is an extremely busy and exciting office, it is the main point of contact for the teams across the country out on site delivering schemes of work digging holes and laying new Virgin Media cable. We work on planned and reactive works in this office, we liaise with the local councils and the client to ensure the works are delivered in a safe and timely manner.

MAIN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform to set client KPIs/SLAs
  • Undertake**training** for own development
  • Manage personal and group emails
  • Build and maintainrelationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer serviceto internal and external customers both verbally and in writing
  • Generate reports on a daily basis on existing works and manage the reports with our field teams
  • Jeopardy manage task completion dates to meet SLAs and KPIs by seeking resolution to problems and proactive escalation
  • Interactwith multiple client systems to update clients and raise issues
  • Validateinformation received ensuring it is fit for purpose and meets stakeholder requirements
  • Complywith all company policies
  • Ask questionsto build personal knowledge
  • General office duties as required

JOB KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Administration Experience
  • Salesforce Experience (Desirable)
