Looking for one admin assistant to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.


Field telephone calls

Receive and direct visitors

Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars

Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials

Maintain an organized filing system

Conduct internet research

Place orders for office equipment or business needs

Enter data into QuickBooks as needed

Assist with monthly newsletter printing, folding and mailing

Various duties and errands as needed in service to the organization


Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to organize and create orderly systems

Experienced in computer technology that includes Word, Excel, Google Docs, QuickBooks and other software programs a plus.

Must be able to enter 10-Key by Touch

Must have reliable transportation
