Enjoy a variety of work including planning, developing PPM/ projects throughout the site. This role will be key in terms of driving culture, systems and continuous improvement as the company have ambitious plans.

The Role
* Overseeing plant maintenance
* Implementing PPM's
* Project work improving the plant efficiency and refurb projects
* 20 + direct reports including supervisors and maintenance engineers
* Monday to Friday days

The Person
* Experienced Engineering/ Maintenance Manager/ Maintenance Engineering Supervisor
* Experience from manufacturing/ industrial/ process
* Background from plant maintenance
* Time served or relevant experience/ qualifications
