Paul Glynn not only joined more 2 life with a wealth of experience but also with big plans for the more 2 life Sales Team. Paul wanted to put his own experiences into the area and introduced a clear and defined path to success, starting at Broker Support right up to National Account Manager.

The back end of 2018 saw the appointments of Emma Ward as Sales Manager and Steven Watson, Team Leader. Steven, originally a case handler within Key, saw the opportunity to join a vibrant and expanding team in which he could progress and develop. The broker support team have more than doubled in size, providing a more defined service allowing the Telephone Account Managers to focus on increasing new business sales. To aid in their development the broker support team have been upskilled over the last 6 months, regularly supporting campaigns to drive new business.

With plans of promotions and development, we are working with some of our current team who have their sights set on becoming advisers within the wider group or hitting the road as a Business Development Manager. We are committed as a management team to support their plans to progress and we cant wait to see what the next 6 months bring. Gemma has recently been promoted from her original post within Broker Support to be one of our telephone campaign managers. We are now looking for someone else to join Gemma in this new and exciting role.

Additional Information

37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday.

  • Essential Skills

  • Experience in an outbound telephony role or face to face sales role

  • Selfmotivated to drive own performance

  • Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of the financial services market and have been employed for a minimum of 6 months for a company within the financial services sector.

  • Desirable knowledge of the equity release market.
