What you will be doing

As a Clinical Lead Nurse or qualified RMN/RNLD nurse looking for progression/development this would be the perfect opportunity for you. You will ensure our service users Male & Female Service users (Adults 18+) in our Rehabilitation facility receive highquality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7. You will work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights. Standard shifts are 12 hours a day, working 3 days one week, 4 days the next.

Where you will be working

Ty Grosvenor is a rehabilitation service for men and women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder. The services have of two distinct wards and two, twobedroom apartments that support independent living. The ethos of the service is Work, Rest and Play and focuses on equipping Service Users with the appropriate skills for community living.

There is significant emphasis upon accessing mainstream resources within the local community, providing patients with opportunity to develop robust community skill. The service is located in Wrexham, North Wales and just a short walk away from the town centre, cafes and restaurant, leisure facilities and local colleges. Using community resource will assist patients in generating social networks external to the service that can be utilised upon discharge from the service, mitigating potential relapse or isolation.
