This fresh and modern purpose-built care home is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and is within easy reach of public transport links. The home boasts excellent facilities including cosy communal lounge areas, regular visits from hair stylists, chiropodist and regular activities for residents to enjoy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading and forward-thinking healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes Newmarket, Suffolk. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents and residents with dementia. The Home Manager is looking for a caring and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join their friendly team.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). Previous management or leadership experience is essential for this position. All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
