Our Client is a well established telemarketing company looking to expand their telesales team. If you are enthusiastic, confident, want to make a difference and develop a career in a Sales/Business Development environment then this is the role for you.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, full of energy, sociable, confident and happy to talk all day long with an excellent telephone manner. Previous telesales experience is desirable however not essential. The key to excelling in this role is personality.
On offer to individuals is uncapped bonuses, incentives and salary increase every 6 months.
Duties will include:
- Business to Business outbound calls through the inhouse CRM system
- To sell a solution(s) to meet business' needs
- Contact prospects and informing them of our clients financial products on offer
- Respond to queries relating to the company or products
- Meet targets, close sales, facilitate future sales and go the extra mile
- Continually improve and develop own selling skills and/or ways to enhance the performance of the team
- Ensure customer service standards are maintained at all times.
