Job Title: Chef de Partie
Establishment: *Fine Dining Restaurant
Brigade: 16+ fine dining brigade
Location: Covent Garden (Central, Northern and Piccadilly Lines)
Salary: 27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Shifts: 6 shifts per week (one double and four singles)
Earliest Start: 7:30 am
Latest Finish: 11:30 pm
