£20000 - £21000 per annum
We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team in our clients restaurant based in Rugeley.
As a Sous Chef you will be assiting the Head Chef, helping tomanage all aspects of the kitchen, from daily checking sheets, labelling, ordering, stock takes, food preparation/presentation and maintaining high standards in all areas of the job. Service can be for up to 60 covers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen environment and have good time management.
They will be someone with good communication skills. a team player, someone who is passionate about what you put on the plate and will have the ability to maintain 5star food hygiene standards.
Flexibility would be desirable as shifts will be 5 out of 7 days, andwill include split shifts and weekends.
Salary Upto £22,000 depending on experience.
