- Previous Motor Trade Experience is Essential
Our client is a busy franchised main dealership in Swindon, who is looking to hire a Service / Warranty Administrator for their busy Dealer.
As a key administrative position within the service department your main job responsibilities will be (but not restricted to):
* Producing Retail Job Cards, writing them up as well as invoicing.
* Order number collation/organisation from suppliers.
* Technician time recordings.
* Work in Progress time management.
Basic salary will be based on experience and qualifications although likely to be around £25,000 per annum.
Recent motor trade experience within the role is essential. Experience with a warranty, 1 link, pinnacle and other service systems would be advantageous.
