Ardonagh Group recently acquired Swinton Insurance and formed a division called Atlanta Group that includes Swinton, Carole Nash & Autonet. This has resulted in a huge period of change and transformation in every department of our business.

The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Support Administrator to join the Executive Support Team. Youll be a key part of the Executive Support Team by supporting and coordinating key PA activities and liaising with key stakeholders as required to support key activity.

What youll do:

  • Coordinate key stakeholder travel plans as appropriate i.e. taxi/trains in line with policy
  • Support and coordinate key PA activities including meeting room set up, refreshments, distribution of meeting packs and meeting support
  • Screen telephone calls where required, responding to and dealing with queries, relaying accurate messages
  • General administrative tasks such as filing and scanning

What youll bring:

Previous experience of working as an Administrator at Executive Level.

A problem solver with a positive approach Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook Professional, diplomatic and friendly

Able to manage your time and others effectively

Flexible and willing to take on a wide range of duties

Previous experience of working within the Insurance sector, HR or Financial Services would be beneficial, however this is not essential.
