Helpdesk / 1st/2nd line Support Analyst
£115 - £125 per day
Helpdesk / Support Analyst required for 1st/2nd line support on all aspects of IT infrastructure. Hardware and software support for office based and remote users.
Additional IT project work may be required as part of this role. Procurement and liaising with suppliers is also required.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
*2 years plus IT experience
*Good understanding of IT technologies such as networking, Servers, desktop and application support
*Knowledge of Active Directory tasks
*MS Lync / Skype for Business knowledge preferable
*Good Communication skills
*Good planning and organisational skills
*Strong time management skills
*Attitude of continuous system improvement
