Our client, a large Facilities Management company, are looking for someone with a strong Contract Support background to join their Commercial Team in High Wycombe!
Provide the administrative function pivotal to the Contract operation
The role will require close liaison with the client, by effective operation of a help desk
Prioritising and allocating tasks raised by the Client to a small team of engineers and Sub Contractors
Maintain accurate records to enable effective management of work in progress and monthly billing
Raising Purchase Orders
Produce regular contract status reports
Operating a Help Desk
Logging, tracking and updating of tasks raised by the client
Issue and monitor tasks generated by the PPM system
All other duties as reasonably required
You must have experience within this role or similar within a facilities Management environment or similar. You must have experience carrying out the following duties:
*Chasing invoices and raising POs
You must be able to work well within a Team and have experience working within Commercial FM environment.
You must be fully IT literate and have excellent communication skills.
