Admin Assistant

£10 - 12 per hour

Vivate Recuitment are currently seeking an Administration Assistant / Data entry clerk to join a reputable and prestigious automotive business in the Woking area on a 1 Month contract with possible extensions.

This role would be working core hours of 0830-1630

You will need to have;

  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to detect anomalies and inconsistencies in parts lists and incoming communication.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience of SAP at a working level.
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work independently and be responsive, proactive, and passionate about the product.
  • Be a strong communicator

The main purpose of the role is;

  • Populate service orders with the required operations and parts
  • Maintain service order accuracy where relevant, engaging with the change control process within MSO
  • Create and release configurable parts
  • Identify and drive implementation of continuous improvement activities

Working on a day shift but ideally you will be flexible to work the hours required.
