Vivate Recuitment are currently seeking an Administration Assistant / Data entry clerk to join a reputable and prestigious automotive business in the Woking area on a 1 Month contract with possible extensions.
This role would be working core hours of 0830-1630
You will need to have;
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to detect anomalies and inconsistencies in parts lists and incoming communication.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience of SAP at a working level.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work independently and be responsive, proactive, and passionate about the product.
- Be a strong communicator
The main purpose of the role is;
- Populate service orders with the required operations and parts
- Maintain service order accuracy where relevant, engaging with the change control process within MSO
- Create and release configurable parts
- Identify and drive implementation of continuous improvement activities
Working on a day shift but ideally you will be flexible to work the hours required.
