ur client has two permanent, part time vacancies for a Receptionist/Administrator. This role is a job share, working hours a week, am or pm and will require cover for during periods of absence. The hours are 8am till or till 5pm, Monday to Friday.
You will welcome visitors and manage the front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•To meet and greetnew and existing customers in a friendly and professional manner.
•Arrange for the provision of food and refreshments for meetings.
•To answer the phone and distribute calls to the correct department.
•To sort incoming and out going mail, including invoices and payment reminders on a daily basis
•To creating visitors badges and welcome screens for visiting customers.
•Manage stock levels of consumables re-ordering
•To make recommendations to enhance efficiency and performance within the department through your Team Leader/Manager.
•To order business cards as an when needed.
•To participate in ongoing training to enhance skills within the role
•To attend meetings as required
You will need to have previous experience in a similar role
·Must have knowledge of basic office administration procedures.
·Good level of IT skills to include all MS Office applications.
·Phone answering, call routing, message taking and able to provide clear information.
·Well organised and a good time manager.
·Have a positive, friendly, ‘can do’ approach.
