£9.00 - £9.50 per hour


Robert Half are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant for an immediate start at a forward thinking global based in North West Leeds. This is a handson short term temporary position with excellent growth opportunity.

The Role:

  • Allocate payments against outstanding invoices
  • Posting invoices into system
  • Making payments via BACS
  • Checking compliance of purchase invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers and site management to resolve any queries
  • Data Entry
  • General finance administration

What youll need:

  • Data Entry Experience
  • Have strong IT skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Accurate
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work efficiently to monthly deadlines
  • Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise accordingly


£8.50ph £9.50ph
