Zachary Daniels are exclusively recruiting for a selfmotivated, proactive sales professional to join our client as a Pharmaceutical Sales Development Manager to cover Scotland.

The role

Working for one of the biggest name in the pharmaceutical industry, you will grow sales and profit through your territory as well as attracting new members and increasing their loyalty to the services on offer. You will work with members to help them drive their profitability through a broad range of commercial schemes and you will ensure sellin along with the effective implementation of the service proposition.

The candidate

We are seeking a resultsdriven individual with strong commercial acumen. You will need to have solid sales experience ideally in primary care / pharmaceuticals / medical devices and you will have an understanding of how to deliver a customer proposition through working with key stakeholders. With good knowledge of the clinical, commercial and supply chain drivers of the pharmaceutical market, you will ideally have experience of delivering commercial programmes in partnership with GPs, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and other healthcare providers and NHS bodies.

As such the Pharmaceutical Sales Development Manager must be a confident communicator, both verbally and written, and possess excellent organisational and planning skills. You will also have strong presentation skills, be able to influence effectively and must also be able to demonstrate an ability to adapt to the ever changing pharmacy environment.

You will need to be flexible in your approach as this role will require you to travel to locations across Scotland and could involve some overnight stays. A full driving licence is also essential.
