German Speaking Real Estate Customer Advisor

Responsibilities:

  • * Being the first point of contact for clients and customers via email and telephone

  • *Managing all customer needs and questions; resolving simple technical issues and forwarding customers queries to the significant teams where necessary.

  • *Reply to any customer complaints; making sure the highest levels of support and service are given and co coordinating with the customer care supervisor to ensure a suitable solution.

  • About you:
    *Excellent experience with Customer Care in an office environment

  • *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in German needed

  • *Excellent written skills and excellent communication skills

  • *Able to take initiative

  • *Excellent eye for detail and good organizational skills

  • *Experience with Microsoft packages
