Customer Support Agent - Job Overview

As a Customer Support Agent your duties will include;

  • Taking inbound calls from customers to resolve their issues to a high standard
  • Responding to customer emails with accurate information
  • Updating the internal system consistently
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Working with a high level of compliance awareness
