Our client is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible individual to join their dynamic fast-growing company to work at their offices in Lymington. They are looking to build their estates team by recruiting a Site Access Controller to complete their team. The successful candidate will work closely with all areas of the business liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management of their online site access management system. The successful candidate must be able to embrace change, think outside the box, be self-motivated and driven. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate well at all levels. This is a full-time permanent position Monday to Friday between core hours of 8am - 5pm. Reporting to the Estates Manager, the key responsibility of this role will be to operate the company’s online site access management system to ensure that visitors to the various properties comply with the necessary regulations and accreditation processes. Your role will include the following:

  • Ensuring all service calls and access requests are handled promptly with queries processed effectively
  • Communicate with multiple external parties
  • Ensure that the CRM is accurate, and that relevant fields are updated for both internal and external reporting
  • Producing accurate and high-quality weekly reports
  • Managing and owning the company’s relationship with the customer as their primary point of contact
  • Coordinating various tasks across all teams in the business to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Participating in the on-call rota arrangements
  • Supporting problem management and where possible implement corrective actions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service, process or systems
  • Attending meetings and working with other departments and organisations
  • Carrying out other such duties as and when required by the Estates Manager

The ideal candidate will have the following key characteristics:

  • Organised the ability to prioritise and plan on both a global and individual scale
  • Working to tight deadlines and thriving under pressure
  • Accuracy, thorough with exceptional attention to detail
  • Adaptable to change in fast paced business
  • IT experience of Excel reporting as well as excellent all round IT skills
  • Communication able to communicate effectively with shareholders
  • Personable, able to deal with different teams, client’s personalities and deadlines
