THE ROLE

In this role as a Senior Customer Insight Analyst you will be:

  • Work with the marketing team to shape and deliver the marketing strategy and objectives
  • Investigate, interpret and understand complex data, translating it into value driven insight
  • Build and deploy a range of targeting tools to ensure they communicate with customers at optimal points in their lifecycle to maximise the success of their communications spend
  • Analyse behaviours and trends to build a deep understanding of customer needs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong data analytical skills and experience working across different technologies / tools with the ability to comfortably work with large data sets
  • Hands on experience of writing complex queries in SQL
  • Experience of using data mining tools such as R, Python, and SPSS Modeller
