  • Ability to multi-task, coordinating and tracking multiple jobs from start to finish
  • Proficient in Word/Excel and Outlook is required
  • Experience in QuickBooks is mandatory
  • Construction and Property Insurance Vendor experience is a plus

Must have a valid VA Drivers license and dependable transportation. Job description consists of coordinating environmental jobs from initial client request to completion and payment receipt. Position includes development of job proposals, scheduling of jobs and subcontractors, regulatory permit coordination, billing and collections. The position will begin working directly under our current office manager and company principals with opportunities for advancement and performance bonuses.
