Customer/ Membership Engagement Executive - Part Time - 14 Month FTC Maternity Cover
£35,000 - £40,000 Pro-rated ( Hours Per Week)
Flexible work pattern, (Apart from the first month when a 3 day (Mon - Wed) working week will be required for handover purposes). Currently all staff are working remotely from home and there will be the option to incorporate working from home when our office re-opens (September 2021 at the earliest).

The Membership Engagement Executive role:
Reporting to the Head of Membership and Engagement you’ll provide a first class frontline customer service to members and stakeholders and to maintain the membership database.
+ Monitor and maintain the membership database so that it is always up to date (contacts, company names, mergers, etc.)
+ Be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries from members and potential members, and ensure that these are dealt with promptly.
+ Lead the membership renewal process, working with the Finance team and other colleagues. Manage all routine chasing processes, and work with colleagues to collect subscriptions as quickly as possible.
+ Process new member applications including due diligence checks and sending welcome packs.
+ Provide routine and ad hoc statistical information and analysis about membership to support the work of colleagues.
+ Work closely with other members of the Membership Engagement team to identify and implement better ways of working.
+ Be the Membership expert (Super User) in the use of Fonteva/Salesforce CRM.
+ Support the Membership Engagement team by setting up meetings with members and similar administrative tasks.
+ Any other duties may be required from time to time.
+ Experience of working in a customer/ member facing role.
+ Experienced in Microsoft applications and contact database systems, including defining and producing reports.
+ Experience of Salesforce CRM.
+ Intermediate Excel skills.
+ Experience of the financial services sector, and of working with memberships and related data would be an advantage.
+ Experience of working with an email marketing solution.

+ You’ll have excellent communication skills, written and oral, including good telephone manners and tenacity.
+ Able to work with limited supervision, managing own workload.
+ Able to work flexibly on multiple tasks.
+ Strong attention to detail.
